If you do not agree, please do not use it. “Lowell”, “we”, and “us” mean Lowell, a digital solutions and web development team based in the Philippines.
Information on this website
The website describes Lowell's services, projects, and team for general information. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but it is not an offer, quotation, or guarantee. Prices, timelines, and deliverables are only agreed in a written proposal for your project.
Project inquiries
Sending an inquiry does not create a contract or oblige either side to work together. Any project is governed by the written proposal or agreement both parties accept, and that document takes priority over anything on this website. How we handle the information you send is explained in the privacy notice.
Lowell AI assistant
- Lowell AI is an automated assistant. It answers from information published on this website and can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date.
- Its replies are not professional, legal, or financial advice, and it cannot make quotes, promises, or agreements on Lowell's behalf. Please confirm anything important with the team.
- Do not enter passwords, payment details, or other sensitive personal information.
- Usage limits apply, and we may restrict access to keep the service available for everyone.
Acceptable use
When using the website, you agree not to:
- use it for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful;
- try to gain unauthorised access to it, disrupt it, overload it, or get around its security or usage limits;
- send automated or bulk requests to the inquiry form or Lowell AI, or use them to send spam;
- try to make Lowell AI produce harmful content or ignore its instructions;
- impersonate another person or submit information that is not yours to share.
If you find a security issue, please report it privately to lowellgroups@gmail.com instead of testing it further. We appreciate responsible reports.
Intellectual property
The website's text, design, and code, and the Lowell name and logo, belong to Lowell. You may view and share pages for personal or business reference, but you may not copy, modify, or reuse them commercially without our written permission. Names, logos, screenshots, and content of client and third-party projects shown as examples of our work belong to their respective owners.
Links and live previews
Some pages link to, or show live previews of, websites that Lowell does not operate. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The website and Lowell AI are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that they will always be available, error-free, or free of harmful components.
